END WAR AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to the END WAR Ambassador Community.
Our ambassador program is built for individuals who genuinely connect with END WAR and want to represent the brand while growing alongside our community.
By joining the program, you agree to the following terms.
1. Membership & Eligibility
• Participation is subject to approval by END WAR.
• Ambassadors must provide accurate information during enrollment.
• Applicants must be 18 or older. Applicants aged 16–17 may participate only with appropriate parent or legal guardian consent and approval.
• Participation does not establish an employment relationship with END WAR.
2. Ambassador Benefits
Approved ambassadors receive:
• 15% off eligible personal purchases.
• A unique referral code to share with their audience.
• Commission on qualifying sales made using their referral code.
• Early access to select collections and unreleased pieces.
• Opportunities to participate in campaigns and be featured on END WAR platforms.
Benefits and opportunities are subject to availability.
3. Commissions & Payments
• Ambassadors earn 10% commission on qualifying product sales attributed to their assigned referral code.
• Commission is calculated on the discounted product subtotal, excluding shipping and taxes.
• Canceled, refunded, fraudulent, and chargeback orders are excluded.
• Self-referrals and personal purchases do not earn commission.
• Commissions are reviewed monthly, with a 30-day holding period to account for refunds and returns.
• Payouts are issued monthly once eligible commissions reach $20. Balances below $20 carry forward.
4. Discount Codes
• Ambassadors receive a personal 15% discount for their own eligible purchases.
• Referral codes provide customers with 10% off eligible purchases.
• Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Misuse, fraudulent orders, or unauthorized distribution of personal-use codes may result in removal from the program.
5. Ambassador Expectations
• Represent END WAR authentically and respectfully.
• Share END WAR products, releases, and referral codes with your audience.
• Create original content when promoting END WAR products.
• Clearly disclose your ambassador relationship and potential commissions when posting promotional content.
• Do not make misleading claims or engage in spam.
There is no guaranteed minimum number of posts unless separately agreed upon.
6. Content & Community
Ambassadors may receive exclusive updates, early access, and opportunities to participate in END WAR campaigns.
END WAR will request permission before republishing ambassador content for promotional or advertising purposes.
Free products, paid campaigns, and social media features are not guaranteed.
7. Changes & Termination
END WAR may update program benefits or terms with notice to affected ambassadors.
Either party may end participation at any time.
Valid commissions earned before termination remain payable under the applicable payout terms.
