Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Preorders & Made-to-Order Items

At END WAR, select products are offered through preorder or made-to-order purchasing options. These items are produced or fulfilled specifically for your order.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel a preorder or made-to-order purchase within 24 hours of placing their order.

After this 24-hour window, cancellation requests may not be accepted if production or order processing has begun.

Refunds

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Production & Shipping

Preorder items may require approximately 6–8 weeks for production and fulfillment, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Estimated timelines are subject to change. Customers will be notified of significant delays.
